This project began with acquiring a unique corner lot and exploring its full potential. By flying a drone, we discovered uninterrupted views of downtown, an opportunity that directly shaped the design. The home was thoughtfully oriented to maximize these views and fully embrace the site’s location.

Parkview Duplex was designed to feel luxurious while remaining attainable. Every detail was carefully considered, from floor-to-ceiling custom cabinetry and built-in bookshelves to hand-selected light fixtures, designer tile, and LED mirrors.

The home also reflects modern living, featuring EV-ready garage parking and smart LED lighting that can be controlled directly from your phone. The result is a refined, contemporary residence that balances comfort, technology, and thoughtful design.
